- 2 cups Grated zucchini
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 13 cups Applesauce
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsps. Vanilla
- 23 cup Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
- 2 tsps. Baking soda
- 1 12 tsps. Baking powder
- 12 tsp. Salt
- 12 tsp. Cinnamon
- Chocolate chips, to taste
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, brown sugar, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well and set aside.
- In a second bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together well.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mixing together well until a batter forms.
- Pour batter into greased brownie pan, and sprinkle liberally with chocolate chips.
- Bake 55 minutes at 350 F.
- Serve and enjoy!
