These easy shamrock tortilla chips take less than 10 minutes to throw together. Simply use a cookie cutter (or three) shaped like a shamrock leaf, then cut the classic silhouette out of a few green spinach tortillas.
Throw ‘em in the oven to bake, and you’ve got yourself some tasty and fairly healthy chips to enjoy!

- Spinach tortillas
- Olive oil
- Shamrock cookie cutters
- Lay tortillas flat, then use cookie cutters to slice out shamrock shapes. If you have scraps leftover, save them for later.
- Place the shamrocks on a baking sheet. Paint with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Bake 7 minutes at 350 F. Bake your scraps at the same time to use in salads!
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
