  • Spinach tortillas
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Shamrock cookie cutters
Instructions
  • Lay tortillas flat, then use cookie cutters to slice out shamrock shapes. If you have scraps leftover, save them for later.
  • Place the shamrocks on a baking sheet. Paint with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  • Bake 7 minutes at 350 F. Bake your scraps at the same time to use in salads!
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
