How To Overcome Your Chocolate Addiction

Part of being a girl (or really just a human) is the innate love for chocolate we all seem to have. Truth Bomb Mom Kristina Kuzmic is no exception to this rule. In fact, she begins her latest episode by admitting, “I am a chocoholic.”

She goes on to say, “I literally don’t remember a single day in my life where I didn’t have chocolate.” If that sounds like a life worth living, definitely don’t stop reading.

Obviously, eating chocolate everyday without gaining a lot of weight in the process is easy if we’re talking about just one little piece or so to satisfy your craving. What isn’t easy? Only having one little piece. Lucky for all of us, Kristina is hereto tell us, “I actually found an alternative to my chocolate addiction that I have been indulging in.”

Don’t worry, it isn’t kale. But, this concoction does call for some healthy ingredients that don’t sound very delicious. However, Kristina assures us, “I promise you, this will fill your craving for chocolate.”

The Truth Bomb mom proceeds to load up her food processor with only three natural ingredients. That’s right, this chocolate alternative actually might be good for you. Even better? It doesn’t taste like it’s good for you.

Beware that processing these ingredients might take longer than softer foods. Why not pour yourself a glass of wine while you wait?
